Cold Weather Can Make You Sick

We often hear it: “You’ll catch a cold out there in the chilly weather!” But according to a New York Times article that looked at many different studies, there isn’t conclusive evidence that a lower body temperature makes you more prone to colds. One theory is that more people catch colds and the flu during winter because they have to spend more time indoors, closer to people who might be sick.
