Healthy Teen Habits
Between social pressures, hormones, school and extracurriculars, it can be easy for a teen’s mental well being to be affected. Parents should keep an eye out for excessive sleeping, insomnia, loss of self-esteem, abandonment of interests, weight loss and shifts in personality. Talk to your doctor if you have concerns about mental health issues in your teen.
