Healthy Habits Every Mother Should Have
Besides being harmful to yourself, smoking is exceptionally dangerous to those around you, such as your children. The CDC reports that nearly 60 percent (over half!) of “US kids 3-11 years old are exposed to secondhand smoke.” Give your children a chance at a healthy future and refuse to expose them to the dangerous chemicals of tobacco smoke.
