Eating Right with MS
Everyone should drink plenty of water everyday, but those with MS need to be especially sure that they are staying hydrated. Drinking enough water can help prevent constipation, hemorrhoids and bladder infections. Research has also shown that being hydrated may improve memory and brain function.
