4. Pancreatic Cancer

Pancreatic cancer begins in the tissue of the digestive organ known as the pancreas. This form of cancer often spreads quickly and has few initial symptoms. Unfortunately, pancreatic cancer usually has a poor prognosis, even if detected early. There were an estimated 45,220 new cases and 38,460 deaths related to pancreatic cancer in the US in 2013.
