The Benefits of Drinking Tea
Tea comes in four varieties, all stemming from the plant Camellia sinensis: green, black, white and oolong. All other varieties, such as herbal teas, come from an infusion of different plants and aren’t technically considered “tea.” Here are some of the potential health benefits of drinking tea.
