Alternative Ways to Reduce Stress
Take good care of yourself and you may be in a much better place to conquer stress. HelpGuide.org recommends setting aside relaxation time just for you, and doing something you enjoy at least once a day. Try to keep your sense of humor, even when things are stressful. It’s important to put things in perspective and keep in mind that stress will likely melt away with a good laugh.
