9 Easy Stretches to Relieve Back Pain
Your body is composed of many interlinking muscles. Lengthening not only your back muscles but also some of the surrounding muscles — like your neck, hip, gluteus and hamstrings — could relieve some of your pain. Make sure you talk to your doctor before trying any new stretches. Your doctor or physical therapist may also be able to suggest which area of your body will be best to target.
