Deepika Gopal, MD, FACC, FSCCT

Deepika Gopal, MD, FACC, FSCCT is a clinical cardiologist on the medical staff at The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano, where she serves as medical director of the Women’s Cardiovascular Institute, Cardiac MRI and Cardiac Rehabilitation. She is actively involved in research trials and is the principal investigator for the NIH sponsored trials VIRGO and ISCHEMIA, and is a co-investigator in the COAPT, PARTER 2, and STOP AF PAS trials.
